Managing Online Forums: Book Example Forums

The Trash Bin is home to posts that need to be removed or posts that violate our guidelines. This should be followed up with documentation in Problem Users unless it is a duplicate post or something that is not a violation. In those cases, simply respond to the thread with the reason it was removed.
