On October 21, 2008, I spoke, via live video, at a Social Media Club Louisville meeting. I talked about the value of online forums, how to approach them as a marketer and, briefly, what you should consider if you are thinking about starting one.

I attended Blog World Expo 2008 (September 19-21, 2008). I was featured on a pair of panels. First, How to Deal with Trolls, Spammers and Sock Puppets:
